I enjoy helping nonprofit organizations maximize their effectiveness, fulfill their mission, so that our communities might grow and support the well-being of its residents.  I provide affordable legal assistance to individuals and organizations in the nonprofit sector.

Having spent much of my career in the

nonprofit sector, I believe that nonprofits can lead in building community assets. I provide legal expertise in nonprofit formation, governance, and operational legal issues.

I also offer mediation services to individuals and organizations.  I value mediation as a viable alternative to litigation.
