I guide parties through a step-by-step process that enables parties to be heard so that solutions are oriented toward validating the concerns of the parties involved in the conflict.

Mediation is a viable alternative to the potentially lengthy option of litigation. It is legally non-binding, which means that the parties do not forfeit their legal rights to subsequently pursue litigation should they choose that option. Mediation however, does often provide a win-win pathway to resolving disputes, unlike litigation. Mediation is also typically a substantially less costly option to litigation and parties who opt for mediation are generally more satisfied with the outcome than are parties who pursue litigation as the pathway to resolving their dispute.
